Miley Cyrus's new CRAZY hairstyle!

Uhm so this just really stuck out to me and took me off guard, I just want to know what yall think of it because I feel like she was trying to shoot for a different style and look and it failed. This lighter new hair color makes her look washed out in my opinion, and that style is more for someone with an oval shaped face. It really doesn't look right if your face shape is a heart. front

Her outfit..... uhm failed. She should've wore an oversized solid color shirt to make it look better.
